Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Summers gained
broad experience in general civil litigation, insurance
law, and personal injury litigation as a member of one of
the Capital District's largest insurance defense firms. In
addition, his general practice background includes real
estate transactions, civil trial experience, and
commercial law.
Mr. Summers is admitted to practice in New York and the
United States District Court for the Northern District of
New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar
Association, Albany County Bar Association, Capital
District Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar
Association.

Mr. Fazlani is a graduate of John Marshall Law School and
therafter became a member of the District of Columbia

real estate transactions, civil litigation, wills,
domestic relations and criminal law. He also has
extensive practice in the area of personal injury law.
Mr. Fazlani is admitted to practice in New York ,the
District of Columbia, the United States District Court
of the Northern District of New York, the United Stated
District Court of the District of Columbia. He is a
member of of the New York State Bar Association, the
D.C. Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
